Description

Weeds have grown over 4' tall. Cars waiting to turn right from Duval onto 7th to get to interstate can not see oncoming traffic to their left. This hazard was sent in back in August. It's a glaring driver safety issue, as you can see by the photo. Driver's vision of oncoming traffic is blocked by weeds 4 to feet tall. See photo
