Description
Wife and I almost got hit by numerous cars crossing Grace, when we had the walk sign. Tenth St is blocked from Grace to Broad due to construction, so all cars must turn on to Grace. When the light is green on 10th it gives the walk sign to cross Grace. While crossing Grace cars do not yield coming off of Tenth on to Grace, they come speeding around that turn. The light needs to be change while construction is being done so pedestrians came walk safely.
