Description
Sydney Park is a pocket Park owned by the City of Richmond. The City has an ordinance that requires owners, tenants and business’ to maintain vegetation height. The grass at Sydney Park is now at a height of 18”+ and growing through the bench seats (see attached photo)!! It’s hard to maintain volunteer interest to do the month to month and annual clean up when the City does not adhear to their same ordinanc by keeping the grass cut and trimmed regularly. This Park is within one block of VCU.
