Description

The tree at the corner of Kensington and Malvern next to 4015 Kensington Ave, is in need of being cut back. In the current condition the tree regularly drops branches when it rains or when the wind blows. I would like to have the tree cut back so it does not over hang my property. I am willing to hire a tree company if I can get permission from the city to clean up this tree.
