Description
Vegetation on the side if the bank along E. Byrd Street as it curves and goes underneath 195 is nearly blocking the leftmost lane. That same lane also floods completely during rainfall. At minimum, the vegetation needs to be cut back significantly - cars are swerving into the adjacent lane in order to ‘round the corner.
