Description
There were large tree limbs falling in the last storm from the 1511 West Ave sidewalk tree. I put the city atty’s office on notice that the 1511 West tree is a dangerous tree. When the 1511 tree causes personal damage, the City will be held liable. I was getting out of the car in the last storm and the tree limb just missed me. Please remove this tree. At my own cost Davey Tree cut the hanging tree limbs off our property. The 1509 tree did not have ANY falling limbs in the last storm.
