Description
This is actually on Brame Street but when I tried to pin the location it kept saying Melbourne. The sidewalk block is lifted at least 5 inches higher than the one next to it, creating a tripping hazard and making it impossible to walk with a walker or use a wheelchair. Further down Brame Street on the same side, the sidewalk just disappears and is broken up with grass growing over it. The only option is to walk in the street on that side of the road.
