Description
The left turn lane from Brook onto Laburnum/Faquier has not been changing for the past two days. Both Wed. & Thur. I waited to turn left onto Laburnum and the light cycled twice without a green left arrow both times. This causes people either to run the light or dangerously cut into the straight lane at the last second, both very dangerous but necessary to avoid being stuck.
