- System · March 21, 2023Agent spoke with Michael Staton from Urban Forestry who indicated under COR ordinance the COR do not maintain trees in the alley, it is the responsibility of homeowner from the beginning of their property to the easement to maintain the alley and more than likely is the reason why the request is still open. Agent advised caller since the request has not been closed, it will be submitted as a follow-up
