    need a tree removed has been calling need to know the status..(spoke to Rep in tree division from his notes he is seeing that contractor removal should be finalized by the end of the year per the dead line; caller was advised.)

    Agent spoke with Michael Staton from Urban Forestry who indicated under COR ordinance the COR do not maintain trees in the alley, it is the responsibility of homeowner from the beginning of their property to the easement to maintain the alley and more than likely is the reason why the request is still open. Agent advised caller since the request has not been closed, it will be submitted as a follow-up
