Description

1600 Roseneath @ the NW corner of Roseneath and W. Moore on the sidewalk in front of the Biscuits & Gravy restaurant. There is a crudely cut old sign post base sticking ~1' out of the concrete and it is very sharp. Someone could accidently fall onto this and impale themselves or they could accidently trip over it. It needs to be flush cut with an angle grinder and grouted over.
