Description
This alley has a major issue with standing water. The tenant who lives back there has only one entrance to his apartment through the back of the building. We saw some people attempt a repair but with the next rain, we are still experiencing about 6-8 inched of water accumulating. We think that the alley needs to be paved so that trash and dirt does bot clog the drain.
