Description

Two bikes have been locked to a tree next to the sidewalk for YEARS. As in, multiple years without moving. The lock is impacting the growth and long term health of the tree. The bikes have flat tires and show no signs of recent use. Bikes are not permitted to be locked to trees in the city, and these bikes should be removed.
