  Citizen called requesting to speak with the Arborist. Took down message for S. Lilly. After reviewing the comments on this service request, I called Mr. McCullagh back at the number he gave me 804-673-8060 and the phone rang around 20 times. No voicemail. Only that my call could not be completed as dial. Other SR open by Mr. McCullagh SR478900 is under grounds.

  Citizen states there is a red bud tree that is on the property not to far from this tree that was healthy two weeks ago and not that tree is dying. he stated 20 years ago there was a gas leak at the property line. wonder if this is occuring again. noted the account and got citiizen over to dispatch.
