Description
A very large old Alianthus tree has grown up thought the light lines in the alley behind the house. Much of it is dead. I had someone from Dominion out to look at it (work #33373848), but all they did was trim a few small branches and promise not very keenly to report it to their arborist. We've heard nothing, I think the tree and large dead branches are a hazard to the lightlines and the three garages facing the alley, and it should be removed. The foliage is almost all trumpet vine.
