Description
There is litter and debris from construcrion all down Summit Ave and Altamont Ave. I have gotten 2 screws in my tires bc there is junk all in the streets. Whatever company is doing this construction needs to be more careful about leaving machinery and nails/screws laying out. There is so much plastic litter from bottles and cigarette packs as well. The construction company should be responsible for cleaning this crap up, not the city.
