Description
The construction is now taking over the road, all of the sidewalk, and there is no pedestrian right of way. Additionally there is no permit posted on 529 n 21st street. So this is a clear violationa and obvious disregard for the people that lice here. Please addres immediately. Were tired of cars nearly missing our children.
