Description

The tree is between the sidewalk and the road. The tree has numerous limbs falling each week. Has fallen on cars and people. Tree also possess a danger to people walking/running by due to its roots. The roots are above ground. They have destroyed the sidewalk. They are also slippery and trip people up. The tree needs to be removed before someone is hurt beyond repair
