The citizen would like to have the stretch of the alley behind his home re-graveled. He states that the area is a small area off to the side and it was missed. ( The rest of the alley way was regravled less than a week ago.

The area of concern is an easement not a part of the alley City of Richmond doesn't maintain easements.
