Description
I previously requested to have a 2nd trash can added to my account on ticket# DPW000114325. But the ticket was closed without delivery. I called to follow-up and they said they would take care of it, but didn't re-open the ticket. I still have not received my requested trash can, and I believe I have already been charged for it. Can someone please help me? Thanks!
