Description
This intersection of Cedar Street and 25th has potholes and loose gravel from the concrete breaking up that creates a hazard at the intersection. Stopping in fair conditions is bad and winter weather will make this area far worse with more cracking and breaking due to the freezing temperatures that will come. Turning right off 25th and onto Cedar Street, it is a sliding hazard for a far that has left cars drifting into oncoming traffic.
