Excessive speeding in this area. Dogs, kids, pedestrian bikers almost hit multiple times. Nee stop sign and enforcement needed.

    All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The intersection of W. 29th St and McDougal St does not meet the traffic conditions for an all-way stop.
