Description

(1) Illegal handicap parking sign in front 3410 S, violates DMV rule and law that prohibits parking on the left side of a 2-way street. (2) The handicap woman has sold the house and left. (3) Any sign by RVA311 to authorize parking can be placed ONLY ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF A 2-WAY STREET. (4) RIGHT is detained by facing the dead end of that street. (5) RVA311 employees violate DMV Rule/Law governing safe & allowable parking spots.
