Description
My neighbor directly behind me keeps stealing our trash cans. We ordered on before and that very next week she took it then spray painted it. And last week they never picked up my trash. This alley has a lot of rats and mice so we really need our trash taken out every week. Is there a certain place we are supposed to leave it? Because this has happened multiple times and I don’t understand
