Description

for those traveling west on E. Canal St, the one-way right turn lane from S. 12th St looks like an on-ramp for the Downtown Expressway. Numerous times I've seen people take that turn, while accelerating thinking they're merging onto the expressway. Those driving north on S. 12th St take that sharp corner fast and blindly. At those speeds and that low visibility, an accident there would be head-on and potentially fatal. Signs needed to properly alert to not enter.
