Description

The vegetation needs to be trimmed. Its difficult to see when you arrive at the intersection of Jennie Scher and E Richmond Rd., you have to pull into the road (E Richmond) in order to turn left (north west on E Richmond). Not sure if this is Richmond or Henrico or if it's public or private.
