Description

Sidewalk at the corner of Kensington and Malvern (4015 Kensington) on the Malvern portion of the corner. The sidewalk is a significant trip hazard and is terribly buckled. The sidewalk in the area is falling to pieces and also presents a hazard to the walking public.
