Description

Sink hole opening up at corner of blacker and w franklin hole is 2-3 ft deep undernrath. And asphalt is caving in. Had sent a request in recently and eas rold by 311 that street was not due to be repaved but potholes would be patched. I guess the city didnt send someone to drive the street and look out how bad it is or check for potholes. Not suprised the city failed to due its job nothing new.
