Description

The amount of housing in the development along the western extension of German School Rd. past Jahnke Rd. is too high for one ingress/egress roadway (over 350 housing units at present). The intersection of Jahnke Rd. and German School Rd. is periodically blocked for first response incidents among other reasons making vehicular egress/ingress from the development impossible. Connecting Bilder Ct. to Glencove Lane would provide a necessary secondary means of ingress/egress to the development.
