Description

This tree currently has large broken limbs still hanging in tree over sidewalk and street. This seems to happen every storm and in the last year has probably dropped 5-6 branches as large as vehicles. I believe the tree has become unhealthy based on previous pruning or disease and it should be removed at this point due to extreme danger/safety.
