Description

Caller states there is a tree in the alley that has fallen behind her garage and it is blocking the alley from her trash being picked up.. Someone has moved the tree in front of her fence. Caller states she is elderly and can't move the tree. The tree is blocking the entrance to her gate and she can't put her trash out.
