Description

This request had been put in by several of the neighbors around 111 North Shieids Ave. Kids are getting hurt by an EXTREME sidewalk rise (about 6 inches). See picture. It had been reported for years to RVA 311 by the neighbors surrounding 111 N. Shields. It is a tree/sidewalk situation, but really needs attention.
