Description

The alley is not safe to pass because vegetation (kudzu, Virginia creeper vines, etc.) have caused a line to fall (not sure if the cable is electric, fiber optic or telco) blocking the alley to vehicle traffic and making it unsafe to pass. The trash and recycling service use this alley for collection and it won't be safe for them to pass.
