Description
Today at 6pm I saw the tenant of 109 Pulliam St leave a massive amount of bulk trash in front of my trash bins and making it impossible to access the trash cans. I live at 122 west clay st and use the alley for parking. I spoke to the man leaving the trash and he said he was moving out of 109 Pulliam st and didn’t know where to leave his junk. I know that the city trash collection will not collect this bill trash. Help!!
