Description
Median strip is cut regularly. However, they do not cut the weeds growing out from the curb on the same median. This section's weeds grow 2'-3' tall. This is one of Richmond's gateways into the city & NOT a good look for anyone driving through. This has been mentioned several times over the last 2 years and there's a kneejerk reaction and it gets cut once & then is forgotten. You can't miss this as it's only about 20' away from the grass. C'mon COR, we can do better than this.
