Description
Park between Spokane & Chantilly is a nightmare to drive or walk. The sidewalks in the Willow Lawn neighborhood are so hazardous that folks walk in the street, yet the City has neglected paving streets in this neighborhood for years (we’ve lived here 6 & they’ve only patched; in other neighborhoods the streets have been milled & paved & dug up and patched !!! repeatedly). Come on City of Richmond, you can be more equitable.
