My last case was closed for the wrong reason, I AM REQUESTING A REPLACEMENT CAN. THERE IS A CAN WITH NO LID AT MY RESIDENCE. PEST AND VERMIN GET IN IT AND I CONSTANTLY HAVE TO CLEAN ALLEY. This is not what happened on the 14th. There is still a can with no lid on my property. Please replace this can and remove the can with no lid.
