TALL WEEDS IN MEDIAN STRIP OF AREA OF FOREST HILL AV FROM POWHITE EXIT TO STRATFORD HILLS SHOPPING CENTER HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED. THERE HAS NOT BEEN NECESSARY MAINTENANCE ON WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SHOWPLACE MEDIAN IN SOUTH RICHMOND, RESULTING IN AN EYESORE.
