Description
There are 3 city trees that drop limbs during storms. One of the trees has a heavy broken limb that has fallen onto another tree and is causing it to lean under the weight of the limb. While there aren’t utility lines through the tree, there are lines across the street that may be impacted when this tree falls under the weight of the broken limb.
