Description

PAVE 2200 BLOCK of Seminary Ave down thru 2000 block. Do not patch/repair Pave 1000 Block of Roberts Street from Sledd St to Brook Rd. Do not patch/repair Pave The 2200 Block of Northumberland Ave. Do not patch/repair Pave the 1000 Block of Wickham Street from Chamberlayne to Lombardy. Do not patch These four streets connect in the same neighborhood. It is unpleasant to continuously drive on these streets in this condition.
