Description

Overgrown tree obscures "15 MPH speed bump" sign, 3433 Grove. City installed speed bumps, but majority of drivers still speed 30+ MPH in this zone, completely unaware of the slower law until their car undercarriage scrapes the speed bump. Speed bump is very low, not effective. PLEASE HELP slow the traffic down on our street. Children, families, elderly neighbors and cross-walkers @ x Crenshaw are constantly whizzed by, it is very dangerous, unsafe. Sign in picture is on SE corner. Thank you.
