Description
Walls are needed on the outskirts of the parameters within the longitude and latitude of Emerald City Townhomes (formerly HILLSIDE COURT RRHA Development Projects)... to slow that process of the speed bumps and trails... this will help reduce the toxins repeatedly sent out into the air within our communities. Especially for the small children that are not able to breathe in so much air with their so tiny lungs. PLEASE HELP save OUR CHILDREN! Thank you.
