Description
neighborhood property whose utility cables have remained unburied for the last 1-2 years. The caller reported that the wires currently encompass the property’s yard, driveway, ditch, and culvert/storm drain, and has concerns that the cables may pose a tripping hazard to anyone using the sidewalk in that area
