Description
The apartment building at this address, managed by Red Oak Apartments, permanently has supercans between the sidewalk and road. Debris from the cans blows onto the property of St. Paul's Catholic Church, just to the north of the apartments. The church has twice addressed this issue with Red Oak, but the problem remains. The garbage cans are never moved.
