Description

There are several curb areas that seem temporary because they are just mounded up asphalt which is starting to sink/disintegrate causing the soil to erode in the median between the street and the sidewalk. This is damaging to trees because of soil erosion and also dangerous for pedestrians who walk on these areas to access their parked vehicles.
