Caller is calling back states he was speaking with Allan Hampton once before and was waiting to meet in person with him for a request that is opened about his tree concern. (advised caller of the comments and that I would email the tree division and advised them that he wants to speak to the arborist directly....; caller mentioned the concern of the limbs falling and hurting someone and the concern of limbs/branches in the powerlines; advised him that Dominion will cut back the limbs/branches if called)
