Description

The city hired contractors to remove a dead tree on city property in front of our house. They broke the old water main access out front, damaged plants on our property and just dumped a pile of dry dirt on top. We’ve put a lot of time and money into improving our yard and property, so its discouraging that a pile of gray dirt is thrown on too of our efforts. Who do i contact to fix this?
