Description
There is a traffic signal at the NW corner of Roanoke and Midlothian. Its been on a temporary metal arm for years. It is often in some state of disrepair and has been hit several times. Around the signal are cones & barrels. They are always falling into the lanes of traffic. They also clearly arent preventing people from running into the signal. The whole thing needs to be replaced as a permanent signal and the cones/barrels need to be taken away so they arent constantly falling into the lane.
