Description

In front of my house there is a city tree in the right of way (between the sidewalk and 3rd ave) that 1) is dropping broken/rotting limbs in the road with each of these storms/windy days we are having and 2) is approaching my roofline. I am currently getting estimates to have my roof redone and possibly having solar cells put on and the solar company recommended I contacted the city to trim their own tree. I just know the tree is NOT IN MY yard. Please clarify. responsibility. Thank you
