Description
Brookland Park Blvd has a speed limit of 25 MPH. People drive well above the speed limit. It is a one lane each way road after the light at Chamberlayne, so if someone feels you are going to slow anything less than 40 MPH, they accelerate to dangerous speeds on a neighborhood street. During the school year, a school bus stops at the corner of Brookland Park and Noble - drivers ignore the flashing red lights. School children race for their lives to cross the street going home.
