Description

There is currently a water leak (over 1 month) in the alley of Hawthorne and Noble Aves. Am told by the neighbors that it is a water main break. If you repair the water leak and repair the crappy alley, then maybe less damage will be done. Water eroding the alley, filling the gutters on Brookland Parkway. Sewage smell is rank. Please fix.
